The founder

A house founded and led by Anthony David.

Founder and president of W.A.R.D, Anthony David built the house on a simple conviction: design and execution should never be separated. This integrated general-contractor model — architects, designers and our own construction team under one roof — is what allows us to commit to a price, a deadline and a level of finish, and then to keep that commitment.

Working between Paris and Miami, he leads every project with the same standard — the one that earned the trust of houses like Dior and Étam, and of discerning private owners.

A registered, insured company — W.A.R.D. is a French company (SASU, Créteil Trade Register 914 556 725) headquartered in Paris. Every project is covered by our own ten-year warranty insurance up to €5,000,000, on top of the statutory completion guarantees.
