What this portfolio demonstrates.

Thirteen projects, one common thread: a single point of contact steering the entire build. W.A.R.D operates as a general contractor in Paris — design, costing, trade coordination and handover — with up to sixteen trades orchestrated on a single operation. It is this all-trades approach, backed by €5m ten-year structural insurance, that allows very different briefs to be delivered with the same rigour.

Haussmannian residential work is the fullest demonstration. Le Trocadéro, 227 m² in the 16th arrondissement, was a law firm's premises: ten months of works and sixteen trades later, it is a luxury private apartment — an office-to-residential change of use carried through from start to finish. Le Vénitien, 240 m² renovated in seven months, shows the other side of the craft: turning an acquisition into a family's principal home. Two readings of the same standard of apartment renovation in Paris.

The portfolio spans other scales too. Le Marquis de Versailles, a 130 m² duplex taken across every package — demolition, structural work, plastering, electrics, plumbing, decoration, flooring — by twelve craftsmen in six months. La Main d'Or, 90 m² in the heart of the 11th arrondissement, delivered in three months with eight craftsmen. Down to a 30 m² studio in Neuilly-sur-Seine: small footprints receive the same method as large floorplates.

On the retail side, a 40 m² jewellery boutique delivered in one month, a 110 m² shop designed and built for its opening, and a 300 m² store refreshed within a month: retail and boutique renovation runs to opening dates that only strict coordination can hold. The same logic applies to workspace — 380 m² of offices for a leading Parisian house, 270 m² in design and build, 210 m² brought up to public-access (ERP5) standards — where office renovation turns on business continuity as much as on design.

From our Paris head office to a house designed in Miami for an American client, the method never changes: precise costing, a schedule that holds, one accountable partner. To place your own project within this picture, start with an online estimate.
