We listen carefully to understand your expectations, your stakes and your needs. We then analyze your goals to define a clear vision and a tailored strategy that matches your ambitions.
Our architects design the space around how you actually live and work in it. This phase locks in the plans, the materials and the execution budget.
Once the design is validated, we move to execution, following the architect's plans to the letter.
Handing over the keys. After a meticulous inspection of every finish, we deliver a project that is ready to use.

Our approach
As a general contractor — the design & build model — W.A.R.D brings the three disciplines of a renovation under one roof: the design of the space, the execution of the works and the day-to-day running of the site. In practice, you sign a single contract, covered by a €5,000,000 ten-year warranty, and you deal with one person from the first meeting to the handover of the keys.
Design is carried by our interior architecture teams, who draw spaces conceived for the way you live as much as for the way they look. Execution covers the sixteen trades of a renovation, from demolition to home automation, without multiplying contractors. Project management, finally, orchestrates the teams, the schedule and the budget — it is what separates a site you endure from a site under control.
Our clients are first and foremost private owners of Paris apartments who want a high-end apartment renovation without carrying the mental load. Le Trocadéro illustrates it: 227 m² of former offices returned to family living, sixteen trades coordinated, ten months on site. Le Vénitien — 240 m² delivered in seven months — and Le Marquis, a 130 m² duplex in Versailles, answer to the same standard.
We also work with buy-to-let investors, for whom speed of execution is a financial variable: La Main d'Or, 90 m² delivered in three months, is the proof. Business owners entrust us with their offices and boutiques — a 210 m² ERP5 medical practice, the Newcop and Livy retail brands, a 270 m² workplace and an office project carried out under NDA for a major luxury house. And specifying architects find in W.A.R.D a reliable execution partner that respects their drawings as much as their client relationship.
Everything starts with a study: send us your project through our estimate form and receive a first answer within 48 hours, based on our observed price ranges — €1,000 to €1,200/m² for a refresh, €1,800 to €2,500/m² for a full renovation (around €2,000/m² on average), and upwards of €2,500/m² for high-end work.
Then comes the design phase: drawings, materials and the execution budget are set and approved with you. Signing the single contract commits W.A.R.D to a price, a timeline and a result. The site begins, run daily by our teams, through to delivery: a meticulous inspection of the finishes, then the keys to a space ready to live in — or to trade from.
